So, the boy decides to come just hours after we left for the night. In what would seem to be the quickest progression from mild dialation to birth...

12:43 am - 7cm dialated, fully effaced.
12:44 am - 10cm dialated, head crowning
12:47 am - Devon is born

9lbs 1oz and 22 inches



Mother and siblings are all doing fine. Dad is breathing a sigh of relief!

1. wow, he's a big boy! that was pretty quick, says the woman who only goes by the times you posted and has not actually given birth yet. hah! congratulations to all!

2. Well, those times were accurate. Don't trust those numbers for your first child. Those tend to hang around the womb a tad longer ;-) Thanks for the congrats!

3. What a beautiful "big" boy. I am very glad to hear that everyone is doing well. We have 7 weeks until our big day! We could not be more excited!
