Moxi through a VCR connection
When I first wrote about my initial Moxi impression, I mentioned that you cannot connect your unit to a tv through a VCR's RCA inputs. I have to retract that because it is indeed quite possible.
I'm not sure if you can do this with modern VCR's that use Macrovision protection (preventing DVD players from displaying when connected through the RCA inputs), but I was able to do it using an older HiFi Stereo VCR.
I am in no way suggesting someone use this method to circumvent any copywrite protection schemes, but this may save a buck or two if you have a tv set that's a bit behind the times.
