Where have I been? What's life treating me like? Have I forgotten about this thing?
Here. Great. Nope.
I've been really busy at the job. The ole company got bought out, so having to prepare for learning new networks/products and documenting the same from our side. But, that's all on the clock, so it's not too much of a burden.
I did, though, start working a new schedule...four, 10 hour days. Now, that's a butt kicker. It's nice to have 3 days off, but it's amazing how your body has to get use to working the longer hours (7am-6pm).
When I was given the opportunity to work this shift I couldn't take a Monday or Friday, so I opted for Wednesday. That decision takes people off guard at first. But, after I explain that I never work more than two days in a row, and have off a day when the streets are not crowded...and often backs into holidays, they see things my way.
OK, mid-day break is over. Time to get back to work
